2nd visit to Met. Mark was excellent - showed us many things we hadn’t seen before, and showed us how to look at the things we had seen. Awesome.

It was awesome experience. A great way to go through the museums and quickly touch up on a lot of exhibits. Our tour guide Mark Venaglia was the perfect man for the job. He was full of knowledge and energy for the tour. His expertise was greatly appreciated.

I absolutely love all of the furnishings and books, all the actual handwritings people have chronicled the events as they occurred. The stories that were told about how things were found and saved/protected and how they’re managed. To look at every vantage point of the art to actually move in front of it so you could catch more than just a single view of what the artist intended … this was really just fascinating. I enjoyed every bit of it I could’ve stayed for days but stayed for hours after the tour. What’s fantastic is to have a tour guide who has a passion about the art and is so enthralled to share it all with those in front of him it was really a pleasure to meet Mark and to have an opportunity to just drink in this culture of ours that is so very young but full of amazing things.
