Gary was our driver and "Altitude Al" was our pilot. Neither of them disappointed! We learned a lot about the hot air balloon "business", the workings of the balloon and all our questions were answered. It was a perfect day to fly and we were treated royally. Thank you to the entire crew. Our expectations were met and exceeded.

We had a great balloon ride with Tommy and Gary was the perfect host! Definitely a recommended trip if you can get up in the morning!

Our ride was a bucket list adventure that exceeded all expectations! The pilot Michael was experienced, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Only a little grumpy.... lol ( inside joke). And apparently, quite charming as one of his guests invited him to be a cabin mate on a cruise! The ground crew was awesome! Caught the basket and stopped us with professional ease. The celebration meal also exceeded expectations. Hats off to the chef! I highly recommend this adventure... even those persons that don't like heights....like me!
