Amazing time with Captain Mark and his crew. Remarkable watching up front the entire process from off loading the balloon, inflation, taking a ride and packing it back up. They are pros! The ride was breathtaking, especially being surrounded by other balloons. The breakfast and champagne toast in the desert made the event even more special.

We rose into the air just as the sun was rising over the eastern edge of Phoenix. The views were breathtaking and the pilot was a wealth of information! He shared his knowledge of the area, the history of ballooning, and his love of the sport. Our Captain and co-pilot were outstanding! They were the most gracious hosts and were both so knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine what breakfast was going to be, but to my surprise it was quite good! I felt very comfortable taking pictures as I wore a strap on my phone that was wrapped around my wrist. I would suggest wearing hiking/walking shoes as we did do a bit of exploring while the pilots packed up the balloon. The best part of our ride was that it was just the two of us and the pilot. We did not have to listen to anyone else (the sounds were unbelievable), we were able to ask any questions we wanted, and we did not have to worry about others moving around in the basket. It was simply perfect.
