Captain Tommy & Crew chief Alex. They did a amazing job! I will recommend anyone visiting Phoenix to come and take a flight with Tommy & the Chief Alex. Also provided a nice breakfast after. You guys are great!

My husband, 6 year old son and I did the morning hot air balloon ride and had an amazing time! Our Captain John was wonderful and knowledgable, and did a great job as our captain. The views were spectacular and we took many beautiful photos. The only downside was waking up at 4:15am (shuttle picked us up at the hotel at 4:45am). Also, my son was a little scared but he got used to it.
