I would highly recommend this outfitter to anyone. Captain Craig and the team were great! They thought through everything—snacks and drinks were a nice bonus.

Capt Craig and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Once in the air you have no idea your in a balloon...you float smoothly across the horizon with nothing but spectacular views. A must for all ages...

This has now been marked off my bucket list!!!! This was a birthday trip to myself. This ride was awesome!!!! After a lot of researching and reading of reviews with several different companies, I know I picked the right one. Captain Craig was an excellent pilot and guide. He gave us A LOT of history on the Phoenix and mountain area we were flying over (most I don't remember but it was still great) and he's pretty funny, I did a couple FB live videos and my FB friends thought he was hilarious (and handsome). Everything was great from beginning to end. I will definitely do it again as long as Mr. Craig is the pilot.
