The flight crew for our ride was awesome. Especially Captain Tommy and Crew Chief Nick. Our first flight was incredible. Followed by a champagne breakfast in the desert...could not have been better!. If you go to Phoenix, check out Hot Air Expeditions and ask for our crew!

We had a delightful first hot air balloon ride with a very friendly and competent crew. Our pilot Mike was great, along with all the ground crew. The weather was great and Phoenix is a wonderful place to float. The champagne breakfast afterward was a real treat and delicious! We'll do this again!

Karen, We are always delighted to hear from our passengers. Plus, it never hurts our feeling when you are raving about our team. We completely agree. We love our pilots and crew. Of course, who doesn't enjoy a bit of the bubbly before breakfast. Doing thing up differently, like champagne for breakfast, is completely a vacation must do. We can't wait to take you up, up and away again soon.

Fabulous afternoon experience with Captain Craig! We chose the pm vice am flight to avoid early am start. We experienced a partial sunset as it was cloudy, but the lifting experience was super natural. After a smooth landing, the crew served champagne and a small snack. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
