We had the pleasure of riding with Captain Craig. He was full of jokes. Him and his crew, led by Crew Chief Nick, made sure we all felt very comfortable. There was both a birthday girl and a couple celebrating their anniversary in our group. The Crew placed "happy birthday" and "happy anniversary" banners on their parts of the basket. Captain Craig made each and every person feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend if you want a great tour of the city from above in the skies! Oh, and the champagne breakfast was a perfect ending to the hour long ride.

Flying over our desert with the city serving as a backdrop is a wonderful experience and champagne is the only way to top off this event. The flight crew was amazing. Keeping us informed taking photos and keeping us up to date minute by minute what was taking place. The flight was so amazingly flawless. The Captain loved his job and his knowledge created confidence in any uncertainty. A must do for everyones bucket list. The picnic in then desert was an added touch I wasn't expecting. Thanks for a wonderful adventure.

We had the best time with pilot Tommy and driver Kyle. They made our ride really fun and unforgettable. We definitely recommend the Phoenix Hot Air Balloon Ride. Thanks for a great service.
