Out of all of the tour groups I've ever gone with, this is one of the rudest and most inefficient groups of all. We were told to be at the front of our hotel 445am (pushed from 5) to accommodate another group of guests. We show up to their hotel at 510 and they're sleeping!! And instead of leaving we proceed to wait for them for 25 minutes. Then, when we get to the field, we have to wait another 30 minutes instead of the rest of the balloons who got their in time, bc the wind was strong. When we asked them to expedite their time in any way (and drive us home before the group that made us late so we could make our next activity), they were rude, abrasive, condescending and incredibly obnoxious. Al (the pilot) and Christian (the driver) could not have made what should be an incredible experience more frustrating. There were tons of other hot air balloons there when we left. Choose another company.

Our family of 7 was told to be at the door at 4:45 AM to get to our "sunrise ride." We were there on time and left our hotel ready to ride. We stopped at another hotel to pick up other people. These people were running 20 minutes late, but we had to wait for them, and were told it's fine because our pilot isn't even at the place yet, he too was running late. After the wait we were all squished into a too-small van for our 30 minute drive. Our sunrise ride was happening way way after sunrise at this point. We waited for over an hour for our balloon to be blown up when we got there, for wind reasons, but weren't given any information about why were waiting. In fact, we were spoken to extremely rudely for even attempting to ask questions. After all this, the guy that ran our ride was extremely rude to us the entire time. His name is Al and I highly recommend you request not to have him as your pilot.

We had an amazing time this morning with Hot Air Expeditions! We would highly recommend! The views were breathtaking and the staff was wonderful!
