The entire proccess was so interesting! Watching the crew get everything ready, looking into the inflating balloon from the top end, all of it. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Captain Bill was genial and full of information about what we were seeing; I felt safe, even though I hate heights. (Crazy, huh?) Jim was the crew chief, and he was friendly and helpful. We had a nice champagne breakfast with a toast afterwards. I can't wait to go ballooning again someday! p.s. The landing was fun!

The views were amazing and breathtaking. The sunrise view was unbelievable and definitely bucket list worthy. The entire staff was on time, professional and friendly. They even provided a small breakfast on the desert at the end. It had a little bit of everything for a nice small bite to eat. The ride itself was smooth, calm and relaxing. There were no issues with getting motion sickness and although we were high up, it wasn’t as scary as you'd think it would be. This is a must do activity and I already have recommended it to someone looking for a group event.
