They cancelled it last minute and couldn’t reschedule, so I didn’t even get to experience this on my trip. Very upsetting.

Hi Brittany, we are so sorry about the cancellation of your hot air balloon ride due to poor weather. Sometimes Mother Nature gives us ample notice that weather conditions will be poor, and other times does not. Our #1 priority is always your safety, and we will never do anything to jeopardize that. Thank you for your patience, we hope to see you up, up and away another time!

The whole operation is seamless! Great planning communication, check-in, transportation, safety, and adventure. The pilot Jonathan was enthusiastic and the crew very accommodating. Even with a bumpy landing, nobody panicked because everyone felt confident and comfortable with the expertise on site! Mimosas wrapped up the event nicely for passengers :-)
