Class III/IV rapids provide excitement and a trip you will never forget. Amazing scenery, high adventure, no experience required, trips run March through October each year. Day trips meet at 9 AM and include a riverside catered lunch break at the halfway point. Short on time? Try the Afternoon Express run, meeting 3 PM daily.

The description of the lunch was a bit over sold. Bag lunch would be a better description than “buffet” or “build your own”. I see the description says “typically” but was a let down given the $800+ spent for our group. Felt mislead.

We spent the day on the Upper New River with some white water. It was an amazing time and have to say our guide, Patrick (Bango) was great. He had so much historical and area information to share. I was personable. And he really knew what he was doing. Made it all seem so easy. I recommend the Upper New River for a family outing. My son, daughter and son-in-law did the Lower New the next day. It was equally amazing. Thank you all for the two days we had.

We had such a wonderful time here. Our river guides were so much fun and exciting to be around. Daughter and I are already looking forward to going back. Plus, there shower house is really nice and clean.
