We loved this class! We attended with our teenage daughters (15 & 18) who loved it as much as we did. Chef Lynn gave us a very fun filled history and geography lesson along with the cooking of gumbo, creole chicken, and pralines all of which were incredible and enough food to leave us stuffed. This may be one of the favorite things we have ever done on a family vacation and highly recommend it to anyone. Our aunt attended with us who requires glutten free and this is accomodated with ease and her service dog was even given some of the chicken to eat. This is a 5*+ experience.

Loved the cooking demonstration. Chef Marie was fantastic and explained the cooking process that any novice could follow along. She also provided a great oral history of New Orleans cuisine. And the food was incredible!

Very clear instructions on how to cook the recipes. Lots of food to try and bought some spices to bring home.
