It was good and informative. Just wish it wouldn’t of been too early for the actual hop off part as would of like to stop and see some of the sites closer. Instead ended up spending an additional $16 on parking.

The 90 minute bus tour was very good. However, before booking the tickets. I called to verify that the “hop on/hop off” was running. I was reassured more than once that it was. Very disappointed to discover when we arrived that it was not.

Viator sold us two tickets to the Hop-on-Hop off bus which hasn’t been in service for over one year due to COVID Thank God Big Bus honored the ticket. Also the agent at viator wanted to sell us a tour to Amish Country without saying or realizing that we needed a car to the pickup point which was 1.5 hours from the hotel. I asked if a bus was picking us up and she put me on hold to find out and that is when she learned that we needed a car. The tour was non refundable so we were going to lose that money if we would have bought it. Very disappointed with Viator. Big Bus city tour was very nice.
