I understand it is Covid, but we were not allowed to hop on and hop off. I feel like that should have been told to us before us arriving and planning our day around hopping on and off. It was misleading.

However, if you purchased from a street vendor and weren't made aware of the tour limitations, we completely understand your frustration. The day we took our open top bus tour it was windy cold and rainy off and on but our tour guide was so good that we soon forgot about the weather.our guide was very knowledgeable very clear and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
