The Mardi Gras School of Cooking does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. Feel welcomed into our kitchens by the Chefs themselves. From the moment you arrive until you roll out the door our Chefs are friendly, personable and entertaining. Not to mention their culinary skills are impeccable.

Our minimum class size is 2 people. A solo traveler may join an already scheduled class. Call us to hear about the available classes.

For parties of 8 or more, you will have to contact us directly to book. We have questions.

Mark was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable on the art of cooking. He taught us so many new cooking skills that we will surely be able to use at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better chef!!! The was wonderful and tasty!!!

Great experience with our granddaughter. We learned principles of cooking and hands-on experience that permitted our 14 year old granddaughter to fully participate This made our visit to New Orleans quite special.

We had the best time with our group learning, cooking and eating our favorite Cajun dishes. The staff and especially our Chef Cam were the best!! The dishes were better than anything we got at the restaurants we visited! Highly recommend this cooking school!
