Picked up our family of six at Newark airport and returned us 4 days later to Teterboro airport. I was nervous about booking an unkown company in NYC but it was TERRIFIC service. Both drivers kept in constant communication with us, were friendly, professional and on time. The SUV was comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them to friends when they are in NYC. I particularly like that Jet Black provided the drivers' phone numbers so we never felt 'on our own'. Thank you Xinwei and Ahmed, the drivers. Rates were very reasonable for NYC.

Our driver was fabulous! He was waiting on us as we exited baggage claim, was cheerful and engaging during the trip to Manhattan. Will definitely use this service again!
