The driver was great!! He had to wait for us for about an hour and half because our luggage was delayed. It was very stressful but our driver waited and got us to our hotel quickly

We decided to arrange a surprise for our kids on our arrival at Newark with a stretch limo transfer to our accommodation in West New York. I had various questions beforehand that were answered fully and quickly. On arrival my UK cell phone would not work but a couple of calls to the office quickly relayed our pickup location to our driver, who was with us very quickly thereafter. The transfer itself was very smooth, although fortunately I was concentrating and realised the driver was heading to the wrong address. He quickly realised the mistake and it didn’t take any longer in the end. The kids loved their surprise and I’ll be using JetBlack for our return transfer in a few weeks. Highly recommend.
