The driver itself and car were excellent, the ride was very smooth, very courteous - 5 stars.
The issue was when our flights were cancelled and rebooked, the service did not do a good job keeping up with our messages to them and kept calling us creating stress, and saying they would charge extra waiting fees even though our flight hadnāt even departed.
Next time, I will just book a taxi or Uber once at the airport - there are plenty of available optons even for larger, luxury vehicles.
