I have been using Jet Black for the past 2yrs & they have always been courteous, professional & kind. From the dispatchers to the drivers (shout out to Gurmeet & Jeffery my absolute favourites) the end to end white glove, first class service is impeccable. The driver itself and car were excellent, the ride was very smooth, very courteous - 5 stars. The issue was when our flights were cancelled and rebooked, the service did not do a good job keeping up with our messages to them and kept calling us creating stress, and saying they would charge extra waiting fees even though our flight hadn’t even departed. Next time, I will just book a taxi or Uber once at the airport - there are plenty of available optons even for larger, luxury vehicles.
