You will first speak to your pilot before you fly to get all the questions out of the way.

Your Flight will start out of the Helipad . Although this tour is a very quick flight it's also very refreshing for the passengers who are not sure if they will enjoy our helicopter ride.

Once your helicopter takes off you will explore the east / South side of Chattanooga area as you see the downtown off in the distance. You will see the base of lookout mountain , and the downtown area out in the distance .

Nothing wrong with the operator, trip advisor is not up to date which ended up letting me book the tickets for a helicopter tour which wasn't operating for last 2 months. We traveled miles and miles only to see my son's disappointed face. Noah was the operator who was kind enough to explain and offer a refund.

My husband had booked this as a surprise for my birthday on a Thursday night to do Saturday morning 07/08. We drove 3 hours to Chattanooga to do this experience. We arrive about 30 minutes early and wasn’t able to get into the location. He called for help and that’s when we were told, “oh, I’m sorry to w helicopter is down for maintenance won’t be back up til next week, I’ll give you a refund.” Then proceeded to tell us I’ve been “calling” everyone as they’re booked to let them know. I call BS. It was booked on a Thursday and you had ample amount of time to let us know! We drove 3 freaking hours to be stood up! Absolutely poor business management!! I would not recommend this to anyone just based on poor customer service and lack of concern that people have came so far and had to readjust their schedule and time due to your poor business skills. Do better, be more considerate of those wanting to partake on your activities!! Needless to say we were very let down as this was part of my birthday gift.

Our flight was canceled by text message 15 minutes prior to the event. I was offered a refund, but didn’t get to have the experience.
