Arrived at the airport. Did not see them. I called. Was told we are having problems don’t know when we’ll get there. Do you want a refund. Wow!! now how do I get to the hotel. Thanks to speedy shuttle who helped us out and Uber back 0 stars

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They are unorganized and late. We asked to be picked up at 1:30 from the airport and they arrived at 2:30pm. We called in advance to make sure our pickup from the hotel was in order at 6:30am, our pickup time was 8am. They did not arrive AT ALL! We called multiple times and at one point they completely lied and said they had “ accidentally” missed our turn to pick us up. Next thing we know our new driver is going to arrive at 9am! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, save yourself the money and call Uber. Definitely more reliable

Both our trip from the Kahului Airport and back where absolutely great! We arrived at the airport late and was greeted warmly. The driver to our hotel, The Westin on the otherside of Maui, was friendly and gave us a very nice trip. Our ride back to the airport was very entertaining with the driver given us all sorts of information about the surrounding area. We would definitely book with VIP again. Thank you so much for the wonderful drivers.
