Christopher and Owen were fabulous. Very knowledgeable and funny. Had a great time. Highly recommended!!

Tour operator canceled the event without informing us. We drove one hour to the site. Spent another half hour looking for the tour guide. Neighbors told us that that star gazing event is usually at this site and we had found the correct site. Called tour operator multiple times. Nothing but voicemail. Drove an hour back home. Called viator customer service. Least helpful phone call. Would not refund the money right away and all we were told they will follow up with the tour operator.

This is simply not true. We always text, call and email by 5 pm in the event of cancellation. Another option would have been to call us as we monitor phones during the day and during our tours. We always refund right away. However, if you book through Viator we don’t have control of the payment. It is always best to book on our website.

Our tour guides were knowledgeable and gave me much more information than I'd expected. Would definitely recommend.
