The driver Search pick us up at our hotel. It’s $69 per person. There is a $25 non refundable deposit per person. The driver does not have good driving skills. He was making right turns on red without coming to a complete stop. This is running stop signs, and red lights. He stopped halfway through a intersection on a red light. He was crossing the white line, and driving over the speed limit. Your tour of LA downtown is going by really fast on the highway. They need to give you more time on Hollywood Blvd. They gave us like 40 minutes to walk around. The two beaches should be cut out, as almost nobody is dressed for the beach. They drive through Beverly Hills, but the tour is more like a race driver than a tour. The driver is from a foreign country, and his English was hard to understand. They spend too much time picking people up at far away hotels. Only a few people booked at these far away hotels. They stop at a so called farmers market for lunch. They give you one hour, and your on your own to find someplace to eat. This tour needs improvement! Let’s cut out the beaches, or at least one of them. This tour not recommended, but maybe if you get a better tour driver!

Dear danielgkendall
Thank you for coming along on our tour. I am not sure how to address your concern as it is all over the place. We appreciate people taking time to write a positive or negative review. I wish you had a constructive and tangible review that would help us improve. You have written a lot of inaccurate information. I do not know where to begin, but I will try to point out some of your inaccuracies.
- You signed up for Grand LA City and Beach Tour where you’re made well aware of all the stops and places the tour covers. Yet, you seemed to be surprised that the tour took you to 2 beaches and even suggested we should cut out the beaches. Santa Monica and Venice Beach are some of the highlights of the tour. Santa Monica Pier is the west coast end of Route 66 which boasts over 7 million visitors a year. It won’t be cut out of the tour.
You mentioned about the stop at Farmers Market, where you’re left on your own to find somewhere to eat. Yes, the LA Farmers Market is our lunch stop which features over 40 restaurants. Our guests explore on their own to choose a restaurant. We never had a request from any of our guests to be escorted into restaurants. People on our tour love the Farmers Market. Please read past reviews about the Farmers Market.
I noticed that you have posted hundreds of negative reviews of the places and restaurants you have visited in the past. Hopefully you’ll find a place that meets your expectations.
