We booked this tour with 9 people because we were lead to believe this was a small group tour with a minimum of 11 people. It was not, it was a full bus. We spent the first hour driving around picking up people. Then we stopped at some restaurant for a half hour so people could use the restroom. I was seated next to a guy who smelled like he hadn't bathed in 3 months. I was actually physically ill by the time we finally stopped. Then they dumped us off in Hollywood right in the middle of all the hustlers who swarmed over everyone on the bus. All of them had a scam and got right in your face. Most of the tour was just driving around. The only decent stop was Santa Monica Beach. Venice Beach was just another pack of hustlers and dopers. You couldn't even get close to the water. By the time they finally dropped everyone off and we got to our hotel, we had wasted 10 hours of our day and missed the things we had planned for Disneyland that night. I would ask for a refund but I'm sure they would deny telling me this was to be just a small group van tour. Save your money or pick a different tour outfit.

We were picked up and returned to our Anaheim hotel. Serg was our guide; he was great. There were four stops of about 45-60 minutes each: Chinese Theater in LA, Farmers Market (with time for lunch), Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach. It was a nice mix of sightseeing narrated by Serg and stops where we could go out on our own. Not having to drive in the LA traffic was a big plus.

The tour was wonderful from start to end! I wasn't sure how much we would really get to see in just one day but we got a dose of all the spots you could want to see in California. Some of our favorite places were Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard, Beverley Hills, Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Not to mention the amazing Farmers Market we stopped by for lunch which had everything you could possibly imagine! And to top of the whole experience our Tour Guide was absolutely great! He knew so much about all the place we stopped my including movie references and celebrity dramas and was quite funny which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. If your ever looking for an LA Tour I would DEFINITELY recommend AMG Tours! You wont regret it.
