Observe the endangered West Indian Manatee in Crystal River’s idyllic Kings Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Your US Coast Guard licensed captains and guides will take you into the 600 acre spring fed refuge waters for viewing and snorkeling with these slow moving wild giants. All equipment, fees, snacks and beverages are included.

My husband and I thoroughly and completely enjoyed our exclusive snorkeling adventure with River Ventures, thanks to our fabulous guide Carlos, and our boat captain Tanner. We booked the entire boat just for the two of us, as we had not snorkeled in many years and wanted to be sure to have the utmost attention to our needs. Carlos was the epitome of a wonderful guide: enthusiastic, upbeat, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and attentive. Thanks to him, we saw dozens and dozens of manatees; ten or so of them were babies! He also took fabulous underwater photos of our great adventure, which we joyfully purchased. I simply cannot say enough great things about this experience. Highest praise to River Ventures for a truly wonderful and truly memorable time from start to finish. Thanks are also due to River Ventures' caring and attentive office staff: special thanks to Juno, Stephanie, and Tania for great help in planning this glorious experience!
