Notre personnel est composé de professionnels de la plongée hautement qualifiés qui aiment l'océan et se feront un plaisir de vous aider à configurer votre équipement, à vous fournir des informations sur les sites de plongée et des recommandations sur la région. New boat had lots of room to make the trip comfortable for the group. Captain and mate did a professional job and gave us an upbeat experience. The selection of reefs was some of the best. All equipment, snacks and drinks made it easy.

I took my family of 7 on a final day of snorkeling fun in key largo before heading home. We stayed in Marthon but really wanted to check out John Pennekamp State Park and do a snorkeling tour before leaving. After doing a quick search of the big companies that do adventures out of the park we found that they were all booked up. So I found Silent world Dive center on trip. My wife was at first worried due to the lack of reviews but we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did. We later found out that it is a rather new company and just getting started and the main reason I wanted to write this review. Shelby and her husband run a first class business. The facilities at the launch were great. Shelby welcomed our family with a vibrant and warm hello from the start. Shop and bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. Chairs and tables with shade while you wait to get on the boat. Cameras available to record your experience. We didn't try but available if you want. We went out on the Calypso which was a catamaran set up for large groups for diving and snorkeling. It was perfect and you never felt like you were just a number. Captain Daryl and first mate Eddie were awesome. Both very knowledgeable and personable. Safety was always considered and providing the best experience possible. We went out on a busy day on the reefs, but our captain took us out to the Elbow reef to give us some room away from all the other boats. It was awesome for my group with was a combo of teens, one 7 year old, my wife, and I. Enter and exiting the water was easy and the captain even brought the boat down current to make sure we didn't have to swim against the current to get back on the boat. The second reef we went to had the Christ of the abyss statue. Both site we snorkeled at was teaming with life. Rays, barracuda, and yellow tail to name a small example. Went we got back to the dock Shelby was there to welcome us back. Outdoor private showers were available to rinse off and change clothes. Snacks and drinks were also given out while out on the boat. Overall great experience and we will be returning to do a dive. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a snorkeling adventure with a like family feel!!!

The trip was fun…the staff was amazing!!! We did the 2:15 departure. The boat was late and we got out a bit later than expected. Mosquitos were so bad and there was no reef safe sunscreen provided. Scuba was the way to go!

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us Stacey, we really appreciate your feedback and we always look for ways we can improve our tours! I am very happy to hear that your group had a fun snorkeling experience and time with our crew - that always makes us smile. We try our best to make sure our trip turnarounds are on time as we know most are on vacation and have other plans they are trying to fit in and we don't want to delay any of those! On this day we fell off schedule as our Captain had to visit multiple sites on an earlier snorkel trip to find a mooring ball for a great snorkeling site since many of the weekend recreational boaters had already snagged the spots we check first, unfortunately this is an issue we run into on occasion during summer as all operators down here but we try our best to make the trips leave the dock expedited as possible to get back on schedule. I really apologize that your trip was delayed on this day. Regarding our reef safe sunscreen we have two bottles on board on all our trips as we visit reefs with John Pennekamp Marine Coral Park and do our best to keep the reefs beautiful and safe, I will speak with the crew who was on the boat that day to make sure they have the sunscreen stations in more visible spots and we will add additional bottles on board in the back of the boat as well.
