We visit some of the most pristine and famous snorkel sites in the Key Largo Marine Sanctuary on our BRAND NEW 2022 45' snorkel boat, and guarantee our Captain & Crew will make your Key Largo snorkel excursion safe and fun for the whole family. Our staff are highly trained dive professionals who love the ocean and are happy to assist with gear setup, snorkel site information and local area recommendations. Our dive & snorkel facility is only about an hour away from Miami, making it the closest dive shop to the mainland. Our average time to reach most of Key Largo's best reef sites including the famous Christ of the Abyss is just 30 minutes from our shop. Our dive shop, gift shop, bathrooms, showers, tiki and snorkel boats are all located on our property facing the ocean so you waste 0 time after arriving at our dive and snorkel center before heading out to your reef snorkel adventure!

Could not have been more perfect. Capt Mike and Michael took us to the Abyss and dry rocks. Safety briefing was extensive and helpful. Equipment was just as needed, including wet suits. I even needed an assist getting back to the boat (aka rescue) after a series of unfortunate events involving a school of barracuda that was mistaken for sharks, a mouthful of inhaled seawater, and a panic induced asthma attack. Expertly performed by Michael. I was especially happy we booked a snorkel only trip on the the Calypso.

Silent World Dive Center is the best snorkeling guide in the best snorkeling location in Florida. I’ve snorkeled many times, but when it came time to take my wife on her first snorkeling trip, I wanted a thorough, professional team to lead the tour. My wife was nervous before we arrived, but the professionalism of everyone—from the check-in team to Captain Mike and First Mate Ashlyn—put her at ease. Even when it became apparent on the reef that a group from abroad had missed the instruction to keep their bathing suits on when using rental wetsuits, Ashlyn took it in stride and maintained her professional composure. If you’re looking to snorkel in the Keys, look no further than Silent World, Captain Mike, and Ashlyn.
