The tour is fine, however it would help if the tour guide would show pictures on a tablet and not on the plone. The tour also add more people than they advertise making difficult to hear the stories.

I do apologize for the difficulties you had hearing the stories while on tour. The city allows 25 guests on tour, but we try to stay at 20. During the holiday season, the town can become extremely busy and we strive to make improvements. Thank you for your suggestions. We value your time and input.

This tour was my favorite thing in all of St. Augustine!!! Jan did such an incredible job—she kept everything age-appropriate for kids on the tour, while using euphemisms to still tell us adults all the grisly, gory, and creepy parts of the stories. She did a great job humanizing the dead and making the history feel TRULY interesting. And whether you want to tap into your paranormal side for 90 minutes, or are a skeptic interested in history, this tour has something for you. Key highlights: -Lively, creepy stories told in an entrancing way (while being respectful of history and the dead) -Very accessible! Appropriate for young ones, and Jan was very mindful that we all could stay together, walk safely despite busy traffic, hear her well, sit for a time, etc. -Delightfully macabre glimpses of St. Augustine’s history -Photo ops both creepy and nice, as well as creepy pictures from previous tour guests The afterlife may be subtle, but this tour was ebullient. Do this to have an entertaining, awesome 90 minutes!!!

I loved the story telling. Matt did an excellent job at keeping everyone engaged and sharing the ghost stories of the city. He is an excellent guide with a great mix of humor and scare. Learning about the history of the people was really interesting to me and my family. We are from Puerto Rico and we found there were many parallels of our island history, including the ghosts stories, and St Augustine as both were overtaken by the Spaniards. I would definitely take this tour again. Matt made it very entertaining but also gave us some education. It was truly the best part of our Night of Lights experience.
