It needs to include what was paid for, and needs to be much less rushed. We didn’t receive what we should of, we paid for entrance to the Statue of Liberty pedestal but was told it wasn’t included on our tour when we arrived, we also had around 45 minutes on the Statue of Liberty. We only got to spend only 30 minutes on Ellis island which wasn’t anywhere near long enough to explore a fraction of what’s inside the main building. It was pointless trying to read any of its heritage and back story as it’s laid out inside, mainly due to needing to get back for our boat ride.
The 911 tour was pretty much completely pointless when we got back off the boat. Our guide gave us a ton of info about the history of the twin towers but nothing of 911 itself. She left us after around 30 minutes and said that the museum was that way if we wanted to visit it, it was included in our tour price but she didn’t recommend it herself. We obviously decided to visit the museum but only to find it was closed on Tuesdays. No surprise that she scarpered very quickly before we got to the museum itself! We only had 3 days at New York with other trips booked for the other days so we wasn’t able to see if we could change our tickets from our tour date.
All in all, don’t waste your money with this tour. Go down to the boat and pay to just visit yourself and save a ton of money.

Again the option for the PEDESTAL was not active. You only purchased a guide tour with the 911 museum. You were welcome to stay as long as you wish on the island but there were other passengers and the tour can NOT go past 5 hours. If you look at what to expect the time in each location is very clear. WE INVITED YOU TO CONME ANOTHER DAY. Next time please review what to expect so you understand exactly the tour. The 911 Museum is a very sensitive and private location and everyone has a different way of wanting to approach. This portion of the the package is an add on and is self guided.
