Canceled the night before at 8:00 pm. Weather was perfect, no rain. Should not cancel just because you don’t have enough people.

No story to tell, got cancelled night before so no time to make other arrangements since calendar was full for our trip. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

You did not need to elaborate, and we complete understand your disappointment. When it comes to the decision to cancel a trip, we do not take it lightly. Our process makes every effort to take all factors into account, including the fact that tourists, such as yourself, do not have the flexibility to reschedule. That said, we allow as much time as possible for minimal passenger requirements to be reached, or the weather to clear, in an effort to get everyone out on the water. Unfortunately, this leaves us exposed to valid criticism such as yours when we do have to cancel a trip with only a few hours' notice. We tried very hard to get the trip in and we apologize for the inconvenience that the cancellation caused. If you are back in Honolulu, please give us a call and we will make it up to you.

Very relaxing and beautiful! The captain and crew, Steven, were so friendly and accommodating. Food was great, also!

Thank you for the great review! I really do think our Sunrise Breakfast Cruise is something everyone should do! Hawaii in the early morning is gorgeous! Especially with amazing food and bottomless Kona coffee!
