Nothing really . I was with my family the crowds were ridiculous and alot of pushing and bumping just to see a view were it should have been chill and enjoyable

A total mess. Staff are terrible. They actually shout at people and belittle them in front of others. No real organisation. Plus it’s not really with the wait. Much better views elsewhere.

As luck would have it, weather closed the top decks, making the indoors crowded and hard to get any views of the park or Empire State Building. It turned out to be an expensive outing for our family of 5 because from start to finish, we visited for 20 minutes. Would have been nice to offer raincheck or something.
