Our last night in New York and we had pre booked a ticket for top of the rock which we were really looking forward to but unfortunately on the day the weather deteriorated and the views were nonexistent. We were told that we couldn't have a refund, only move the ticket to a different date which was impossible as it was our last day and we live in the UK. The disappointing thing is that they sell the ticket with the view being the only reason people buy the ticket yet when there is no view they won't refund you just take your money and say it is what it is, typical big business mentality. Other trips in New York offer a refund but not the wealthy Rockefeller center.

Views over both Central Park and Manhattan. Annoyed that we were rushed through the indoor exhibit so we couldn’t read the history of the Rockerfeller centre. We were only there an hour overpriced no family ticket available

Fantastic! We were told this was worth a visit & it was the best experience of our holiday. It was a cold, crisp beautiful morning, possibly the best view of my life.
