Never received tickets or had a tour. Wasted entire morning standing in queues. Would like a full refund please ASAP

We had a wonderful experience! My teenage son and I visited NYC together and this was his favorite part of our day. The overall experience is very “Disney-tized.” They put you in a queue and show you a movie in a standing theater and then you’re off to the elevators. The elevator also has a mini show in the ceiling - very cool. The views were incredible. It was a beautiful clear day and we both felt we could’ve stayed for hours. We liked the three levels. We didn’t do the additional experiences, but honestly I didn’t see a need for it. We loved their gift shop, and he scored a cool snow globe and a hoodie. I went to the Empire State years ago, and this was a much more elevated (literally too) experience! Loved being able to see ESB in the view too!! A+
