Pretty good and easy to use overall. We were able to get the audio portion thru airplay to play in the rental vehicle audio system but the map portion would only work on phone. The audio for the Hawaiian music breaks was way higher then the narration audio so gives you a bit of a jolt each time that transitioned.

Michael, I'm glad you enjoyed my Ultimate Self-Guided Audio Driving Tour of Kauai. My app doesn’t support CarPlay, but I’m happy the audio worked through AirPlay in your rental. I’ll pass along your feedback about the volume difference to the team, and we’ll work on improving that in future updates. If you're looking for more adventures, check out my All Hawaii Self-Guided Driving Tours Bundle—experience the Road to Hana, Maui's beaches, Oahu, and more!

I was unable to get access to the tour I chose , so I was unable to use it. I tried several times to gain access, but was unable each time. We had to purchase another tour from a different source.

Lola, it sounds like the app wasn’t set up correctly, which is likely why you couldn’t access the tour. I provided detailed instructions and a tutorial video to guide you through the setup beforehand (which is a must). It should take over once you reach the start and launch the app. The tour is valid for a year, and my support team is here to help with any issues. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me!
