Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

White Water rafting is a Blast!! I read previous reviews and requested Benji, he was Awesome... He taught respect for the river,having fun, making noice, and "Making Memories" . My husband and my two boys and a friend 12yr, 15yr, 15yr, enjoyed this experience with Big Creek Exp. Beautiful scenery along the River "High Five with the Paddles one more time.."

Our white water rafting guide, Benji, was awesome. I've been rafting several times and he was the best guide yet. He knows the river and made it an awesome trip. Ive been down the pigeon before but Benji made it a new experience.

went on a trip with my sister and cousins to TN and white water rafting was on our to do list. We enjoyed doing lots of activities but I must say this was the highlight of our trip. We had a blast. My cousins and I did the upper part of the river and Erin was our guide and did an excellent job. The younger kids did the lower part of the river. would love to go back on the fall and enjoy the foliage as well. I recommend purchasing the CD so you can watch your pictures when you get home.
