Hal was an amazing guide. I am not the biggest dog person but I thoroughly enjoyed every part of this tour. We covered everything about the Iditarod race experience, got to play with adorable pups, ride a wheeled sled, and ask Hal endless questions. Cannot recommend enough!

My wife and I got to experience this tour and really enjoyed it. Hal was our guide and he answered every question I had and felt like we learned so much. Of course, the dogs were amazing to see in action when pulling the cart along the trail. It seemed like they wanted to go faster and weren't even trying. And we especially loved getting to meet the little puppies. Highly recommend to anyone interested in the stories and culture of this incredible race!

The summer mush dog sledding was fun experience. We also met with the dogs after and got to hold some dog puppies. They have a small museum as well that we learned about the Iditarod race.
