My family, including our 10 and 13 year olds, did an evening tour with Tim this past weekend. If you are looking for a less “touristy” ghost tour experience with a smaller group, then this is the tour for you! Tim blends interesting history, ghost stories, and incredible photo images to create an amazingly thought provoking experience. While some of the photo images can be startling, it was completely appropriate and entertaining for both of my kids. My youngest, who can be quite sensitive, had a great time and Tim does a good job of making it eerily creepy without being too scary. The photographic images he shared on the tour are incredibly intriguing and still have me pondering them now several days after the tour! Tim is very open to questions and you can tell he truly enjoy sharing his experiences. We did one of the other more well known ghost tours in Williamsburg several years ago and there is no comparison to this one in terms of the overall experience. Thank you Tim for a great family evening!

My husband and I enjoy going on Ghost Tours. We have done 4 different tours in Williamsburg alone as well as other locations around the country and this is the best one that we have been on (barely knocking down one we did in Gettysburg about 12 years ago). Tim is a fun, informative, and exciting tour guide. There were 2 younger girls (around 8-12 years old) in our group who were easily frightened and he managed to tell the stories, share is pictures of apparitions while still helping them feel more at ease. It was just so amazing well done. Tim's knowledge and personal experiences make him the best as he's not reading from a script like most tour guides are, he's simply sharing his personal experiences and stories from people who have had first hand experiences with ghosts. If you are in Williamsburg, I highly recommend this tour. We have already decided that the next time we go to Williamsburg, we will be going on his Williamsburg West Ghost Tour. And we might do this one again also.
