Food was bad and vehicle was falling apart we had old subs on a picnic table in the sun and the roof of the truck was broke and almost hit my granddaughters in the head

Hi Laura - I'm sorry you did not enjoy your tour. The day did not go as we had planned. Your tour was scheduled for a 9:30am pickup. We had our Red Woody van reserved for the tour. It had been in the shop and it was set for pickup at 9:00am and then to your hotel at 9:30am. That morning you contacted your guide and insisted you wanted an 8:00am start. He informed you that you were scheduled for 9:30am. You insisted on an earlier start. The problem we have is in his acquiescence to your demand. Your guide should not have made the time change. In his hurry to meet your time schedule, your guide selected our Blue Woody. He was unaware that van was scheduled for maintenance to fix a rattle in the top. The top was safe and secure but was noisy. (It is now fixed.) I'm sorry you did not like the food. We provide a choice of either ham or turkey subs. As noted on our tour description "You may bring any food or beverage you like". Be Well - Rich

Made reservations a few weeks ago. Got confirmation by text message from TripAdvisor the day before, but no one from Bison Safari showed up and I could not get hold of them by phone. Later that day Bison Safari called and apologized but blamed it on TripAdvisor saying they weren't notified on time. Hard to believe they weren't notified.

Charles - I apologize for the misunderstanding. Your tour was listed on the wrong date. I have refunded 100% of your payment. Be Well- Rich To our future guests: our guides call you the night before the tour to make sure we have the correct information for pickup location and time. This system failed because the tour date was errantly listed for the wrong day. We also ask that our guests call or email to confirm details 24-72 hours prior to the tour. It is a redundant system intended to avoid booking errors. Thanks and Be Well - Rich

just what we spected, a great and relaxed tour. can¨t t walk so much or fast, so this was just perfect for us.

Hi Rosa - Thanks for taking time to review. Our tours are designed so not much walking is needed. With our convertible top Woody vans and the new Jeep Gladiators you can view and take photos without leaving the vehicle. Just stand up and you get a 360 degree view and great photo ops. The small amount of walking is for breaks and the lakeside picnic lunch we include. Thanks again Rosa, I hope you get a chance to return some day. Be Well - Rich
