Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;

Not my first parasailing. The whole thing takes about 50min. They treated us well and professionally for the most part. The part I thought it was unprofessional was that we bought a 1000' Line parasailing which was advertised for 10min. We got 40% less. Only 6min. That is a huge difference. We are very disappointed. No tips and no photos bought in protest. But we'd rather have a different experience. Delivering on what was advertised would've been nice. To sum up, not worth it. We will not be doing it again.

What an amazing experience. Riding around in a boat is such as great way to spend the day. As someone who is afraid of height, parasailing was not on my bucket list. In fact, I got a little emotional while being strapped into the harness. The two men running the event were incredibly kind and helpful, inspiring confidence in what surely seemed like flawed physics. In spite of my trepidation, everything went really well and my flight partner noted a whale that was visible from our 800-ft ascent. Scheduling was easy and done via phone as the website did not show an availability. Check in was also easy. There are clean restroom nearby at the pier. I would recommend this company for anyone considering parasailing.
