First, using the address from the website we were directed to an empty lot. Called number and was given a different address. This was an address to a private home, no signs stating it was Briscoes Ride Center. Capt. Sam met us and led us to backyard to a pontoon boat at a dock. We almost skipped it at that point because it felt like a scam. We opted to continue as Capt. Sam was a nice enough guy. He just didn’t provide much info as a guide. Basically, just took us on a one hour ride which wasn’t anything special.

I'm sorry you felt uneasy. The reason we have to pick people up at Briscoe's Ride Center which is my home location is many of the docks at our restaurant locations are still damaged due to Hurricane Ian. The only safe way to load and unload right now is from there. I'm sure on the one hour tour Sam showed you Legoland which is the Old Cypress Gardens location. VEry rich in History. Did you see much Wildlife as well? I'm happy to give you a free 1 hour tour to make up for it next time your down. Simply call me directly.
