One of the best food tours ever been on. Bert was an amazing host. A good intro to the neighbourhood with some history thrown in. Lots of food, good variety.

Farshad was incredible! An amazing amount of food and all sorts of flavor profiles with bonus shops to learn about. Highly recommend checking it out!

Bert was our guide for the Chinatown food/history walking tour. I've been to NYC probably a dozen times before and this was the best tour I've taken so far. Bert was very funny, informative and entertaining. The company takes great care in picking the food stops and as an avid hater of duck, I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy the $92 peking duck we had at one of the stops, and it wasn't just because it was so dang expensive either! Bert went into detail in describing the preparation of the duck and why it was unique and it made the dining experience so much more enjoyable and memorable. That was pretty much the tone of every stop. We'd eat and he'd tell us a little bit about the food, the establishment and added some detail about the history of the food or place. We had a small group of 5 people so we were a tight-knit group that asked him plenty of questions. He answered them all patiently, added some fun trivia and anecdotes along our route and made the 3 hours feel like 1. I read on the website this was one of the less popular tours and I can't fathom why. It was so enjoyable and you definitely don't feel hungry by the end. I highly recommend taking this tour as it's one of more memorable ones and is definitely worth every penny. I hardly ever write reviews but Bert did such a wonderful job I made a mental note to be sure to write a review when I got home. This one is a can't-miss!
