Rick was an awesome tour guide. He's very knowledgeable and funny. I learned a lot about the history of Pensacola he even talked about the haunted aspects. The area is beautiful and he made the experience very enjoyable. Riding a segway is not as hard as you would expect and a must try.

Rick was fantastic! My wife and I love Pensacola and visit often. However, Rick showed us and educated us on many things we didn't know about this great and historic city. He was neither your "average" teacher nor tour guide! He was funny, witty, knowledgeable and truly cared about his tour. As far as riding around on a Segway, it was a blast! It was very easy to learn and operate. We WILL do it again...and we'll request a time when Rick can do the tour. We are interested in the haunted tour at night. Two words of advice...DO IT!

What a great way to see Pensacola! I learned a lot about the city's history that I hadn't known as a resident here years earlier. We were Casey's only group and had lots of opportunities to ask questions as we saw the sights. Casey clearly loves this city and provided insight into current developments too. Loved seeing downtown this way and visiting the parks. It was a fun and informative morning tour.
