The snow melts and rapids rock and roll. Just about everyone rides the train, but not everyone rides the rapids. We had a great adventure on the Animas River with Brian as our guide. His expert skills and leadership led us through some very rocking and rolling rapids. While we all got wet, everyone stayed in the boat. Cuddos to the rest of the team who transported us to the the loading site and returned us back to downtown Durango. They were equally helpful.

Brian Buerger (our raft guide) first of all was absolutely spectacular, along with Karley (on boat safety)! Durango Rivertrippers and Adventure made this near impossible trip take place. There are very few outfits that can accommodate running the Animas Park with this type of flow (6K+ FPS), and they made it happen flawlessly. We were only one of a handful of boats to attempt the park so far this summer. It takes the right combination of experienced passengers, and we lucked out doing this with 6 other great people. Every employee we dealt with were AWESOME! Not one bad experience the whole way round. And, the most important part (safety) was above and beyond excellent. Thank you Durango Rivertrippers, you made this experience for my buddy and I unforgettable. We WILL be back!
