We had a very knowledgeable tour guide and we covered the entire battlefield. I do think the tour needs to be longer. I would have liked more info about the battle , the strategic approaches , what went right and what went wrong- how did this battle impact the careers of Lee and Mead.

We enjoyed our bus tour around Gettysburg, especially since we went in December & it was very cold out. Our tour guy was very knowledgeable & personable. We think the Bus Driver was ACTUALLY in the Battle of Gettysburg. Nice guy as well. We hit all the major battle spots & monuments. Got out at a few major ones to take photos, We skipped some smaller ones with regard to stopping, as it was freezing out but the Guide offered to stop for pics, but we all declined. I'd recommend this tour to a friend to get a great overview of the Battle of Gettysburg. Do it EARLY in your visit. Then you can go back to the places you find most interesting to explore & take photos.
