After renting 4 cars on 2 hour tour it was cut short after 45 mins due to complete stop of a car. Our group we stranded for 1 hour before arrival of a mechanic and 2 passengers were transported in a car back to the rental place. We were stranded where there was no amenities and had to travel to an inn for use of bathrooms. Greg had promised a full credit for one car and partial for other three, but not kept his promise. He said a credit of $112 was debited from Safe Harbor from their account but it will take a few days to reflect on my credit card. Several calls have been made to get this resolved but he is not available. Be careful about renting their cars and very very poor service or response if you get stuck. STILL NO CREDIT

Once we found that you were drinking and driving in our cars, it was decided that you voided the contract and no refund was issued.

We really enjoyed this experience. We were hoping that the GPS tour would be a little more informative and tell us a more about what we were seeing as we were seeing it. They did warn us their GPS had been having issues recently, and we found that to be the case on our tour as well. We ended up using the map they provided to follow along the route instead. Overall, it was such a fun way of exploring and seeing Monterrey. We saw lots of marine animals, and made sure to stop a lot along the way for pictures. We even found a cute coffee shop to grab a snack. The two hours was absolutely perfect for us since we wanted those stops, and parking was really easy to find each time we wanted to pull off.

Gabriel helps us out for our reservation on the 4th of July. He alerted us to the city parade that would block the standard route and arranged for a new time. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and we rented both a scoot and a roadster. The group consensus was that even though they are slightly slower speed - the California Roadster is a lot more fun both because of the electric drive, small turning radius and the fun fact that you can sit on the rear bench facing backwards! Too much fun, lots of pointing at us from tourists and passers by - always responded with a friendly honk. Definitely would do it again!
