Historic Shem Creek is one of the most iconic spots in Charleston and is known for its shrimp boats, seafood restaurants and wildlife. Bottlenose dolphins frequent this creek and will often breach just feet away from your kayak. My boyfriend and I took the 3 hour Shem Creek kayak tour and it was a highlight of our trip! Our guide, Graham, was such a sweetie and so knowledgeable about all things nature. We were able to see multiple dolphins along with other wildlife as well. I would recommend this company to anyone visiting! They were professional from start to finish.

I really enjoyed learning how to kayak and the easy-going nature of kayaking on Shem Creek. I wish we would have been given more information by our guide on the tour about the history of Shem Creek or different wildlife/vegetation that we passed by. We had to kayak to catch up to our guide to ask questions about the scenery we were passing.
