Your daily 3-hour, whale watch trip is narrated by a marine biologist or naturalist who provides educational and interesting information about whales, dolphins, and a wide variety of marine wildlife. A lovely trip made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and highly knowledgeable staff on board. We saw humpback whales and dolphins. The staff were passionate and enthusiastic to share their knowledge and they created a lovely atmosphere on board the boat.

The person with the least empathy you could encounter at a customer service desk. My partner ended up crying after talking to her...and it was only a phone call. Dont want to think how she would have felt had we have to face this "assistant". Xenophobic towards europeans...what else to expect from the usa...?. NEVER COMING BACK, obviously, (THEY MAKE 1M A YEAR ON WHALES...)
