We really enjoyed the small group experience. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about manatees and explained how are movements in the water affect them, the migrating habits and conservation. So worth the trip

My boyfriend and I were travelling with 4 teenagers and thought this would be an awesome experience. We were right! We chose the 7:00 AM charter because we read that the manatees are most playful in the mornings. Glad we did as we were the first people to get to the site! It does get crowded as more companies arrive, but our guide Derek ensured that we had the best views and interactions with the manatee. Our tour included the photo attached which we received later that day. PS if you have long hair, I highly recommend putting it up 😆 Nice touch with hot cocoa and coffee/tea after the swim as well as a heater on the boat. Thanks Walt and Derek for an unforgettable experience!
