What an amazing experience! Kyle and Liz were great guides and worked really great with all of the kids to help make sure they felt safe at all times! Us big kids loved it too. ❤️

We got a text that our tour was canceled 2 hours prior as we were driving to the ziplining location. Our kids were so sad and disappointed all day - they were looking forward to zip lining for months. The reason for cancellation was maintenance but this is not true. I called the zip lining company and they said there were still spots openings but for single person and not groups. I called Viator and the rep refused to reschedule our family for another day - She said it’s all booked. I think they canceled our reservation because they are overbooked. I could not make new reservations as all zip linings are fully booked the week that we are In Maui and some are until August. This is very disappointed for our whole family, especially our kids. It ruined our day and part of our vacation. We are in Maui until 7/7 and still trying to book a new ziplining excursion with no luck.

I am so sorry for your disappointment, but safety is our number one priority. We closed our tours for two and a half days while we worked on the course. Your family was one of dozens that we had to cancel, so no... we were not overbooked. We did not plan on having to close, but when safety is an issue, we do what must be done. We are currently sold out through most of July and into August. We do have the random one seat here or there available. The best way to check for live availability is on our website, rather than using a third party. Sometimes cancellations pop up, but people usually grab them as soon as they do. Once again, we are so sorry we had to close and wish you the best.

There are many options in Maui to zipline. We choose North Shore and we were so happy we did. Fabulous views, fun and safe lines. A special thank you to Ricky and Kyle, our amazing guides! What a great way to start our 20 year wedding anniversary trip to Maui. Thank you North shore zipline!!!☆☆☆☆☆
