My mom, brother and I did the 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero Tour with Jim. The tour was fantastic. Jim was so knowledgeable, and since he was living in Chelsea during 9/11, he made it even more personal. He had a great personality and was also helpful with other things involving NYC- like directions to other parts of NYC. We absolutely loved the tour and Jim. A must-see and do!!!

After so many years since 9/11 I can still feel the pain and fear from that horrific day. The memorial was done beautifully with the cascading waters. A tribute for the many engraved names gave me an eerie feeling and I was overcome with sadness at the memory of the innocents who lost their lives that day. My daughter and I spent a few moments of silence for respect. Be nice to people, laugh more, live to the fullest, life is so fragile and not guaranteed.

The 9/11 museum is very informative and goes in depth about the actual attack and the events surrounding the attack. The topic of the museum is for an older age so it isn’t the best fit for younger children. There is so much information throughout the museum and is perfectly cost for the amount of information available.
