Acadia Full Day Small Group Tour

Take a tour that lets you immerse yourself in the park. Our guides are master naturalists, botanists, geologists, historians, and - most importantly - relentlessly curious! This is not just a sightseeing tour, it's a day all about learning and connection.

Today's tour includes 4-6 miles of walks and hikes at various points of interest.

Join your guide for a full day visiting the land and sea of Acadia National Park. Each day is planned based on tides and your group to make the most of your day. Your tour will include short hikes at iconic destinations such as the Ocean Path, Thunder Hole, Bubble Rock, and Jordan Pond, while also leaving time to hike on the trails and away from crowds. Along the way, your naturalist guide will share stories of Acadia’s history, explain its natural features, and share information about its flora and fauna.

Groups are capped at 8 adventurers so you can get a truly immersive and personal experience.

Ash was the best guide I have ever had on a trip! She is very kind and had the understanding of the capabilities/limits of the individuals in our group. She is knowledgeable and went above and beyond the expectations I thought I would get out of doing the tour! She explained in details of everything we saw including things such as different types of rocks and how they were formed, trees, plants, etc that was on the paths. She often asked if we wanted our picture taken in breathtaking places on the rocks and by the water. I haven’t met someone who is enthusiastic in teaching people all of her knowledge as Ash! She is a remarkable person…I can’t say enough about her! She made our tour exceptionally fun and informative! Thanks Ash!

It was an amazing tour. Our tour guide Ash touched base with us ahead of time asking about preferences and what we hope to do on the tour. She was very knowledgeable about the area, wildlife, trials and history. We spent 7 or 8 hours and saw so many amazing sights and views on the tour and I’m so glad we didn’t go with one of the short, overcrowded bus tours. It was worth every penny and if I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book with Good Times Tours again.

Hailey was a very experienced and fun tour guide! She shared so much history about Acadia National Park and all it has to offer with our small group of 2. I enjoyed her warm and friendly personality and she was very flexible at accommodating the other guest and me to help make this a trip of a life time. I especially loved the unexpected surprise tour to see a lighthouse! I would definitely recommend this tour for visitors to Maine.
